CAPiTA Snowboards feature a unique design. Therefore, we would like to point out that the graphic on the board depends on its size. This means that for different board lengths, there may be different graphic patterns, each specifically designed for the particular model and size. Unfortunately, there is no option to choose the graphic when purchasing – the design is assigned based on the board’s size, and each one has been created to perfectly complement the board’s proportions.

The Black Snowboard of Death is powered by the ultra-light THERMOPOLYMER HOVER CORE™, which, combined with additional carbon pads under the bindings – CARBON FLEECE POWER SHIELD™ – and reinforced with CARBONFLAX™ AMPLIFIERS, speeds up energy transfer to the edge.
CAPiTA The Black Snowboard of Death is slightly wider, making it float great in fresh snow, but thanks to the deeper DEATH GRIP™ sidecut – a reverse arc in the middle section – it allows for instant transitions into fast turns.
The BSOD features the super-fast sintered HYPERDRIVE™ ADV XT BASE, supported by the MOONSHOT OMNI-TUNE™ structure, which further enhances water drainage and increases the board’s speed.

PROFILE: HYBRID ALPINE V1 PROFILE
The ALPINE V1 Profile features camber through the middle, a flat tail, and reverse camber in the nose. This provides plenty of pop and stability on hard snow while increasing float and landing power, expanding the rider’s potential in deep snow. The camber is longer in the tail – offering additional power during approaches or for larger riders looking for a wider board.
CORE: Thermopolymer Hover Core™
Extremely light and versatile core with high impact resistance and maximum pop. A hybrid core – a combination of ultra-light paulownia wood and energy-efficient poplar. SUPER CARBON and recycled polymer inserts are added to the wood base. This combination provides excellent energy transfer to the edge, great vibration absorption, and amazing pop.

4 x 25mm CARBONFLAX™ AMPLIFIER – a new generation natural flax fiber woven with carbon fibers, used in our highest-end snowboard constructions. This tape combines the best of both materials: the reactive energy of carbon and the lightweight damping properties of flax. SINTERED BASE: HYPERDRIVE™ ADV XT BASE™ – a unique formula developed exclusively for CAPiTA’s The Mothership factory, not found anywhere else. CAPiTA engineers worked tirelessly with a top polyethylene supplier to create this material with exceptional glide properties, thanks to high molecular weight and special additives in the production process. This sintered material has a patented formula and is incredibly fast, and this year it’s even thicker for added durability. CAPiTA fans ride hard, which is why we use the most advanced, fastest base on the market.

LAMINATE: SKINLESS™ CORE ASH WOODGRAIN TOPSHEET™ – specially processed ash wood veneer with a unique tactile feel, 220 g lighter than standard processing. Ash wood is known for its high strength, flexibility, and low weight, making it an ideal material for snowboards. Its light color and pronounced grain give boards an elegant look, and its ease of processing allows for precise finishing. The use of ash provides aesthetics, functionality, and durability.

SIDECUT: NEW AGE PROGRESSIVE DEATH GRIP™ – this advanced sidecut combines the features of a progressive sidecut and Death Grip™ technology. The progressive sidecut consists of two or more radii, allowing easier turn initiation, better control, and maximum power at turn exit. Death Grip™ adds a reverse arc in the board’s center, increasing the contact point, providing better grip and precise pressure application.
