CAPiTA Snowboards feature a unique design. Therefore, we would like to point out that the graphic on the board depends on its size. This means that for different board lengths, there may be different graphic patterns, each specifically designed for the particular model and size. Unfortunately, there is no option to choose the graphic when purchasing – the design is assigned based on the board’s size, and each one has been created to perfectly complement the board’s proportions.
The CAPiTA Outerspace Living snowboard is a lightweight and versatile board that shines under the feet of intermediate riders who tackle all kinds of terrain. It’s a true hybrid of a freestyle twin-tip shape combined with a camber profile, making it perfect for freeride riding. The inserts are slightly set back, but it’s also possible to mount bindings centrally, allowing the Outerspace Living to be suitable for everyone: from beginners, park lovers, carving enthusiasts on groomed runs, to freeriders in deep powder! It’s an incredibly versatile board!
A very lightweight core made of poplar combined with beech MULTIZONE CORE™ ensures excellent energy transfer while adding stiffness. Combined with the sintered SUPERDRIVE™ ADV BASE, it creates an explosive mix of responsiveness and speed. The Outerspace Living boards are inspired by the CAPiTA Mercury series. In short, it’s a softer version of the Mercury, with a more versatile performance.
This season, the board has received inserts with 4 carbon fiber strips running the length of the board, from the bindings to the tips, to add more pop and increase responsiveness.

The RESORT V3 profile provides the best of both worlds. The center is raised with traditional camber outside the inserts, offering edge control at high speeds on variable terrain, raised contact points for landings, and floatation in powder. Additionally, the traditional nose and tail shape provide smoother transitions.

Capita uses eco-friendly resin for all its boards, which is produced without waste and greenhouse gas emissions. It also ensures high performance with reduced heat requirements, meaning less energy is consumed in the board manufacturing process. As a result, the core can be lighter while still maintaining the same performance properties. This is why CAPiTA boards are among the lightest on the market!
BASE: SUPERDRIVE™ ADV BASE
Thanks to a manufacturing process that uses very high pressure and temperature, the base increases surface hardness, resulting in a base that combines the best of both worlds: the speed of sintered bases and the durability of pressed ones. Additionally, it’s more transparent, allowing the graphics to shine through more clearly.
LAMINATE: PLT™
PLT™ technology is exclusive to CAPiTA MFG, magically bonding the top layer to the pressed snowboard. This is unique in the snowboard industry, as others apply top graphics using glue, heat, and pressure during pressing, which causes the fiberglass structure underneath to show through. To ensure no one spends their hard-earned money on uneven boards, many brands cover their boards with a thick toxic coating to level the surface. Not only does this make the board heavier and prone to unsightly cracks, but it’s also very unhealthy for the working environment. The PLT™ machine produces feather-light, smooth, glossy finishes without the toxic ballast, resulting in a beautifully layered laminate structure. The mix of matte, shiny elements, and golden lettering creates a truly stunning effect. In addition to final ink pressing, CAPiTA uses digital printing and traditional silk-screen printing throughout the production process, ensuring multi-layered graphics.

SIDECUT: RADIAL
Radial edge shape is characterized by the edge cut following the same arc, allowing the turn to start and finish on the same arc. This creates a more predictable ride, increasing confidence, offering smooth transitions through the turn, and making the board easier to control. The classic radial shape is efficient in terms of energy and performance, providing smoothness, ease of handling, and versatility, making it popular among riders of all skill levels and riding preferences.
