CAPiTA has integrated ultra-light recycled PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) along with ultrathin strips of poplar, paulownia, and beech, creating an advanced hybrid core. This is a technical way of saying that we’ve figured out how to turn recycled plastic bottles into snowboard cores, which improves the overall properties of the board. Combined with 50mm carbon inserts (Super Carbon™), this forms the first certified 3D THERMOPOLYMER SUPERCORE™ in the industry. The core offers reduced weight, increased impact resistance, enhanced reaction performance, and underscores our commitment to responsible manufacturing.

An improved hybrid core shape for enhanced performance. Exceptionally light and versatile with high impact resistance and maximum pop. Hybrid core! A combination of incredibly light paulownia wood, energy-transmitting poplar, and the strong beech in the middle of the core. Recycled material inserts and SUPER CARBON are integrated into the core. This combination of materials offers excellent energy distribution to the edges and phenomenal pop!

FIBER: HYBRID HOLYSHEET™ TRI/TRI SUPERCARBON™ - The latest type of fiber at CAPiTA MFG. Wide carbon fiber bands – SUPERCARBON™ – have been directly integrated into the triple weave fiberglass. This results in reduced weight and more precise fiber placement. The triple weave fiberglass on both sides of the core ensures better vibration absorption and improved energy transfer to the edges.
RESIN: MAGIC BEAN™ RESIN
CAPiTA uses eco-friendly resin in all of its boards, produced without waste or greenhouse gas emissions. It also ensures high performance with reduced heat requirements, meaning less energy used in the manufacturing process. This allows the core to be lighter while providing the same board performance. As a result, CAPiTA boards are some of the lightest on the market!
SINTERED BASE: HYPERDRIVE™ ADV XT BASE™ - A unique formula created specifically for CAPiTA’s Mothership factory, which you won’t find anywhere else. CAPiTA engineers have worked tirelessly with the leading polyethylene supplier to develop this material with extraordinary glide properties, resulting from its high molecular weight and special additives during manufacturing. This sintered material has a patented composition and is incredibly fast, with an extra thickness this year to increase durability. CAPiTA fans ride hard, so we’ve applied the most advanced, fastest base available on the market.

SIDECUT: BLENDED RADIAL – An advanced solution combining classic edge designs with modern innovations, improving the overall ride characteristics of the snowboard. The middle section ensures stability and predictability, while the blended areas provide smooth transitions between radii, allowing the board to better adapt to various conditions and riding styles.
