The Volata 2Vi® Mips Race Helmet is built for elite alpine ski racers who demand uncompromising protection and performance. Engineered with the next-generation 2Vi® technology platform, this helmet sets a new standard for safety, comfort, and fit in high-speed alpine disciplines.
Its dual-layer Mips® Safety System helps protect against rotational forces during crashes, reducing the risk of concussions. Inside, a revised EPS liner works with gate shields and impact shields to absorb shocks from impacts with gates and other obstacles. The injection-molded ABS shell with variable elasticity offers increased durability without adding unnecessary weight or bulk.
Designed in collaboration with World Champion alpine athletes, this helmet is also compatible with Sweet Protection’s slalom chin guard, which can be securely mounted or removed in seconds – no tools required (chin guard sold separately).
